1. Returns We are confident in the quality of our products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, and then you have another 14 days to return the product.

Return conditions:

• The product must be unused.
• The receipt or proof of purchase must be attached to the returned product.

3. Return cost Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a wrong or damaged product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you about the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will automatically refund the money to the original payment method, or if this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange a refund method within 14 business days.

5. Exchanges If you need a different size, color, or model, please return the purchased product according to the instructions above and place a new order for the product you need.

6. Exceptions / Products not eligible for return

• Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.
